Sunflower Summer Kids Activity Pass (220 Venues Free for Kansas Residents)
From May 25 to August 11, 2024, the Sunflower Summer Kids Activity Pass provides an array of exciting opportunities for Kansas students and their families to venture out, discover novel experiences, and cherish quality time together. Kansas families with children in Pre-K through 12th grade can enjoy complimentary visits to museums, zoos, historic landmarks, and other captivating attractions. The Sunflower Summer Program, hosted by Kansas Tourism, is a benefit for Kansas families with school-aged children to encourage them to explore, and fall in love, with Kansas. The program is designed to give affordable access to tourism attractions across the state and support the Kansas tourism economy. Eligible Kansas families download the Sunflower Summer App to claim tickets to participating venues. Tickets are redeemed at participating venues upon their arrival. Each user can only use tickets once per venue during the 2024 season.
Sunflower Summer is a free program. Please remember, this program is for Kansas residents only.
Kansas residents with an eligible student may access 1 free admission ticket for the student and guardians per venue. Guardians are eligible to create a Sunflower Summer account for the family that students may be added to. You may download the Sunflower Summer App from anywhere, but it may only be used within Kansas at participating attractions.

All Kansas students (including public, private, and homeschooled students) Pre-K through 12th grade are included in the program.
The Sunflower Summer App allows you 1 free admission ticket per student for each attraction. Once you have used the Sunflower Summer app for a specific attraction, the app will “stamp” the ticket and it will no longer be valid to be re-used.
Up to two adults may accompany a group of students and access a free ticket voucher.
Any parent or legal guardian is eligible to create an account for their children. This includes grandparents. Once an account is created, the children are added to the account, and it becomes a family account. Non-guardian grandparents are also eligible to have a child’s ticket transferred to their Sunflower Summer account by the child’s legal guardian.
