We have a 3 year old, 2 year old and 10month old. Would we need a pass for the 10month old?
Most Pogo Pass attractions don’t charge for under 2 years old, so they would be able to get in without a Pogo Pass. Even if 1 or 2 places DO charge for children under 1, it would be less than the cost of the Pogo Pass for your 10 month old, so we would say no.

We have purchased these for our two sons families twice. They really enjoyed using them, visiting places and doing things they hadn’t tried before. Returning to favorite places was fun, too!
