Adjusting to your new mommy life can be hard, but groups & clubs filled with other mommies makes it a lot easier.

More than Mommies

We meet on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. We are a new group for moms in the eastern Jackson County area who cannot do the typical morning mom group meetings. We currently meet at First Baptist Church in Buckner, MO but the location is subject to change. Our June meeting will be at Heisler Park in Buckner, MO. Our next meeting is set for Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at 6:30 p.m. at 131 S Hudson St, Buckner, MO 64016. The group was formed to celebrate being a mom first and foremost but also celebrate that we are so much more as wives, sisters, friends, employees, entrepreneurs, etc. We discuss faith-based parenting, healthy relationships, and much more. Although the meetings are for mothers, we will also hold family events. We currently provide free childcare for those mothers who need it.

If you have any questions or need additional information, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Thank you.

There is something to do almost every day of the week so that your kids (and you!) have something to do and people to visit. Members can attend as many events (or as few, during busy times) as they like.

Nonmembers may attend up to two events not hosted in a member’s home in order to get a feel for the club before they join. If you do decide to join, dues are just $20 a year. Come meet us and find out more about our club!
