Guitar 101 (Ages 7+)

Learning to play the guitar is easy in Guitar 101! Our beginner guitar lessons teach students the basics of how to play guitar over the course of 10 weeks. Class duration is 45 minutes.

At Bach to Rock®, we offer our guitar lessons for beginners in a group format with small class sizes. Students get to learn with other first-time guitarists, making the guitar less intimidating. At the same time, each student gets plenty of one-on-one instruction, helping them build a strong foundation of skills.

Guitar 101 classes are offered in-person and online, making these classes easy-to-access for students. We also offer an advanced curriculum for students with experience on the guitar. These students can build on their existing skills, with instruction from experienced guitar teachers.

Our beginner guitar lessons are a great way to build early skills and confidence! After graduating from Guitar 101, we encourage students to sign up for private guitar lessons. This way, students will have the core skills they need to start building their repertoire on the guitar.
