So as the school year approaches make sure you check out these resources for all the support you need.
We’ve listed out the best library features you can use for school!
Wifi To Go
If your family doesnโt have access to wifi, the MCPL now offers portable wifi devices that will allow you and your family to have internet access wherever you go. This is all available through your local branch at no cost to you!
Chromebooks to Go
Much like not having wifi, not having a laptop to use can limit your family in so many ways. The Mid Continent Public Library now has chromebooks to go.
Public Computers
The libraryโs public computers allow you to do research, print, write papers and more. Computers are available for use at all branches. They also have copy and fax services available.
Community Rooms
Community rooms are available for private learning and studying. If your teens are studying for SATโs or ACTโs, consider getting a community room for a quiet space to practice taking exams and more. All you have to do is reserve one with your library card.
