Celebration in the Park: Leawood
Spend your 4th of July at Leawood City Park! Enjoy FREE activities, like face painting, caricatures, mechanical bull rides, rock climbing, bounce houses and more! We’ll also have live music, food trucks, and of course FIREWORKS!
The Leawood Aquatic Center will be open 11:30am – 6:00pm.
5pm: Food trucks will start serving
5pm: Free activities open in the park
7pm: Live music from the band Twice on Sunday (www.twiceonsundayband.com)
9:45pm (approx.): FIREWORKS!
Limited free parking will be available along Tomahawk Creek Parkway.
Free shuttles will picking up/dropping off from the Police Department and American Academy of Physicians from 10am to 11:59pm.
