Come build strength and flexibility in both body and mind while having fun with a yoga certified instructor! Whether you're totally new to yoga or have experience with yoga this class is open to all levels, and is designed especially for teens. Please wear comfortable clothing. If you have a yoga mat, please bring. We will have a limited supply of yoga mats. For teens in 6th - 12th grades. Register on the on-line events calendar or call 913-971-6888.
