Filled with fun\, creativity\, and group activities\, Rock City World Tour Camp is a great way to introduce children to music. \nIn Rock City\, kids learn about core musical concepts\, like loud and soft\, fast and slow\, and high and low notes. Each concept is linked to a children’s story and an instrument. This way\, campers can learn these concepts and discover different types of instruments through the power of story! \nRock City story time also includes fun\, movement-based activities. This allows campers to express themselves through music and dance. \nOur kids music camps expose campers to a wide range of instruments. Over the course of Rock City\, kids are introduced to instruments like the hand-drum\, recorder\, and keyboard. At the same time\, campers learn fundamental skills that prepare them for future music lessons. \nBach to Rock® music camps for kids also tap into a number of key early childhood skills. Through Rock City\, young campers can build skills like counting\, pattern recognition\, hand-eye coordination\, social skills\, and auditory awareness. DESCRIPTION:Elevate Showchoir Skills Summit is a 3 day singing & dancing experience where students attend workshop-style sessions focused on Elevate’s four core pillars: The Sound\, The Movement\, The Performance\, and The Mindset. Camp is open to all students grades 6-8 and 9-12. \nElevate students will have the opportunity to work with top clinicians in the vocal and dance industries throughout the Summit\, culminating in a friends & family showcase on the final day.
