Join us for the 59th annual Blue Springs Fall Fun Festival presented by Saint Luke’s East Hospital on September 20-22, 2024 in downtown Blue Springs, Missouri!
Admission to the Blue Springs Fall Fun Festival is FREE and all are welcome to be a part of the exciting festivities!
